Upcoming exhibition at the No Grants Gallery

The No Grants Gallery will welcome its first exhibition for 2009 with work from Niamh Dunphy on display from Jan 15th – 26th. Niamh will officially launch her exhibition on January 15th from 6pm at the No Grants Gallery, Temple Bar Cultural Information Centre, 12 East Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2.

Cow’s Lane Designer Studio back by popular demand!

Eight Designer Mart at Cow’s Lane designers have been selling their creations indoors in the Old City area of Temple Bar. Due to popular demand the Designer Studio will re-open on Saturday January 17th at Unit 2 Pudding Row, Old City Temple Bar. Opening from 10am – 5.15pm from Monday – Saturday this is the perfect opportunity to experience a taste of Designer Mart at Cow’s Lane.

Shop locally this New Year at the Temple Bar markets

Shop locally this New Year at the Temple Bar markets. The Temple Bar Food and Book Markets will resume trading this coming weekend Saturday January 10th with the Book Market also trading on Sunday January 11th. Designer Mart at Cow’s Lane will return to the Old City on Saturday March 14th.

Opera Ireland are back with a live relay of Don Giovanni this February on Meeting House Square

On Saturday February 28th at 8pm Opera Ireland in association with Temple Bar Cultural Trust will host a live relay of Don Giovanni from the Gaiety Theatre to Meeting House Square Temple Bar. This free outdoor public screening is part of Opera Ireland’s public access programme and will be an evening of live magically glorious music under the stars!

Charity items for sale at the Temple Bar Cultural Information Centre

Temple Bar Cultural Trust will be selling a number of products for key charities over the next few weeks. The Rose Project which helps those living with AIDS in Africa have produced beautiful wrapping paper from top Irish designers including John Rocha, Helen Cody, Fiona Hanley, Maree Hensey and Aideen Bodkin.
