Designer Mart does Fridays!

Designer Mart at Cow’s Lane takes place every Saturday in the Old City area of Temple Bar and the good news is that during December this market will also run on two Fridays! If you haven’t already had a chance to visit Designer Mart on Saturdays then put Friday December 11th and 18th in your diary.

Collection dates for Temple Bar Food Market

A selection of producers from the Temple Bar Food Market will be on Meeting House Square on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd of December from 9am – 11am to accommodate the collection of fresh produce for Christmas.

Culture Night Highly Commended at this years Irish Times Living Dublin Awards

Temple Bar Cultural Trust along with our partners are delighted to announce that Culture Night 2009 was last night Highly Commended in the category of Culture and Tourism at this year’s Irish Times Living Dublin Awards. The awards were held at the Science Gallery and were presented by RTE presenter Mary Kennedy.

TBCT's year of non-stop culture

Our Temple Bar Cultural Trust (TBCT) events programme has finished for 2009 and what a success it was. The number of visitors who came out and joined us at our TBCT events doubled in 2009 from15,000 visitors in 2008 to 30,000 in 2009 and this is excluding Culture Night which attracted 152,000!

"Ponta da Vista - Point of View" - Association Punho Forte Ireland Exhibition at NGG (No Grants Gallery)

Brought to you by Association Punho Forte Ireland, this exhibition running from 14th December – 7th January 2010 is a result of a children’s photography workshop. All photos were taken by children aged 5 -15 and all the proceeds go straight back into the projects.
